Privacy statement

Who I am

This website belongs to Wim Kamphorst from Elburg. I am responsible for what happens with your data. You can email questions about privacy to wimkamphorst.coaching@gmail.com or send them through the contact form.

The contact form

When you fill in the form, I store your name, email address, the subject, your message and the language of the page. I only use this to reply to you. Your message is stored in the admin area of this site and I get a notification by email, through an email provider. To protect against abuse I also store an encrypted code derived from your internet address, not the address itself. Messages are deleted automatically after twelve months, or earlier if you ask.

Tests and tools

Your answers to the tests are not stored. They only travel in the web address to show your result. Some tools, such as the 30 day challenge, the life wheel and the leadership room, keep what you fill in inside your own browser. It does not reach me. You can clear it by deleting the site data in your browser.

Counting visitors and cookies

I only count how often a page is viewed per day. No cookies, IP addresses or other data about you are stored for this. There are no adverts and no tracking cookies. For the contact form and the admin area the site uses a technical cookie that is needed to send the form safely. After your first visit to the home page, a small cookie remembers that old copies of the previous website have been cleared from your browser. The House church app uses a technical cookie to remember that you entered the group code.

Videos and links

Videos come from YouTube, in privacy-enhanced mode. Only when you play a video does YouTube receive data from your browser. Links to other websites, such as fluisternederland.nl and playterrastate.nl, fall under the privacy rules of those websites.

The House church app

The app for our house church is only for members and works with a group code. What members fill in, such as prayer requests, birthdays and wedding anniversaries, is only visible to the group and is stored in a separate database with weekly backups. You can delete what you added yourself, or ask the leaders.

Your rights

You may ask which data I hold about you, and ask to correct or delete it. Email wimkamphorst.coaching@gmail.com for this. If you disagree with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
