True identity and courage
Insight

Vulnerability is not weakness, it actually takes courage. It is the foundation under real friendship. Ecclesiastes 4:9-10
Taking rest is not a lack of commitment. Jesus too took his disciples to a quiet place to rest. Mark 6:31
Children do not need a father who is never tired, but a father who is honest and does not take his mood out on them. Ephesians 6:4
Connection and honour
Someone else can hurt you, but how you react remains your responsibility. Whoever rules his own temper is stronger than whoever takes a city. Proverbs 16:32
Healthy boundaries do not shut people out, they protect the relationship. Let your yes be yes and your no be no. Matthew 5:37
A child who makes a mistake does not need an angry judge, but a guide who brings safety and correction together. Ephesians 6:4, Hebrews 12:11
Vision and legacy
A legacy is not about what you own, but about the values you pass on to the next generation. Psalm 78:4-7
Whoever makes all the choices for his children breeds dependence. Give them the wheel step by step, with you beside them. Proverbs 22:6
Leadership multiplies. Paul passed things on to Timothy, so that he could pass them on to others again. 2 Timothy 2:2
